Charles Lubbat

Born in Houston, TX, I'm a serial entrepreneur with an eye for success. Through my expertise of marketing tech, user experience design research optimization, data analysis & UX design/research and content creation & digital media strategies - all focused on maximizing profitability - I've seen businesses grow to become highly successful endeavors.

In 2015, I launched Swyft Filings with the goal of making unbelievably easy for people all over to form new entities and transform their lives. Over 6 years of hard work, dedication and strategic decision making led us from 0 employees up to 85, with total revenues around $75 million per year; we even achieved two Inc. 5000 listings and placement on Houston Business Journal's Fast 100 list. During this period, I was also personally coding some of our websites before helping oversee web development/tech functions as well as launching six independent sites targeting similar customer needs.

After a successful exit through a private equity transaction, I remain involved in helping accomplish Swyft Filings' mission by supporting the executive and marketing team while serving on the board of directors.

I'm passionate about utilizing tech to enhance the lives of others through unique, groundbreaking digital offerings. As a driven entrepreneur with an abundance of marketing knowledge, I have successfully created multiple startups from the ground up.
